Theses on the Body Politic is a continuing series of tableaux using different
media to depict, re-evaluate, explore or criticise dominant ideas and practises
in contemporary society. Usually these depictions take a form of drawings,
animations or photos of people interacting in rather unconvential situations.

The images below were originally a contribution to a collection Kanssakäymisiä
(With Art - Steps towards Participatory Research, Elfving & Kontturi, eds., ISBN
952-5533-03-4), exploring possibilities for new modes of interaction - or writing
together - between the researcher/critic and the artist.
